ARC is an investment fund that focuses on current income and capital appreciation.
We acquire historic commercial properties with good fundamentals and permanently protect these properties by placing a historical preservation easement on the deed. Then with our remaining fund assets, we acquire cash-flowing businesses with strong balance sheets to maximize our investors' cashflows.

ARC'S mission is to preserve historically important real estate and businesses in local communities throughout the country. We create value not just for our investors but for the communities we invest in.
ARC will utilize federal, state, and local tax incentives to de-risk and enhance returns on our equity investments. The ARC Fund provides our investors with a 7% cumulative annual return prior to ARC management receiving its carried interest in the portfolio.
ARC's investment strategy targets assets in the Multi-Family, Hospitality, Office, and Industrial sectors.
ARC acquires businesses with approximately $1-5M EBITDA with high-quality assets on the balance sheet. This strategy de-risks the investment due to the intrinsic value determined by third-party appraisals.
